How can I add insulation to an electrical panel (breaker box)? - metal things used on face in boxing
My breaker box is located in a main room (no basement or laundry room) from my house. The project of all this is unbelievable. I have a couple of blocks of foam filling in the blanks, without a power switch, but it is a huge project. Is there a material that can be used safely, is behind the facade of metal (on the back of the switch) cable, or between the exposed surfaces of switch / front cover and the cabinet? I also plan to meet with a decorative tapestry, but that alone is not much.
Thank you in advance for your help!

As an electrician, I recommend that you use to connect and ask if they can help. If the election. Metro is just across the outer wall, there may be a tube (the power of the panel) contains the cold air into the electrician could possibly be able to spray foam or caulk to seal up, we called "channel seal the tube.
DO NOT TRY themselves have years of experience and know what is safe and what is not. One wrong move and can be electrocuted. Do not take the chance.
